Explanation of the Theme

儀,禮儀,中華民族固守禮明德。

《荀子·修身》中說:人無禮則不生,事無禮則不成。

當代,服飾禮儀反映了人們的價值取向、行為方式和生活態(tài)度。

本屆華服設計大賽,希望征集具有中華民族歷史文化基因、同時結合當代精神風貌的設計,遵守傳統(tǒng)服飾著裝禮儀,同時適合現(xiàn)代社會著裝場景。

傳承華服文化傳統(tǒng),展現(xiàn)時代文明風貌,具有鮮明的美適度和辨識度,廣洽于國際交流、文化交流、商貿往來以及日常節(jié)慶、典祭等場合。

Propriety, etiquette, the Chinese nation adhere to propriety and virtue.

"Xun Zi · Cultivate One's Self" said: rude people will not live well, do things without propriety will not do well.

Nowadays, dress etiquette reflects people's value orientation, behavior mode and life attitude.

The current China International Garment Design Competition hopes to collect designs with historical and cultural genes of the Chinese nation and the contemporary spiritual outlook, abide by the traditional dress etiquette, but also suit the dress scene of the modern society.

Inheriting the cultural tradition of Chinese clothing, showing the civilization style of the contemporary time, with distinct beauty and recognition, widely applicable to international exchanges, cultural exchanges, business exchanges, daily festivals and ceremonies and other occasions.

參賽對象

Contestant Qualifications

本次大賽免收報名費,面向海內外服裝設計師,國內外高校相關專業(yè)師生以及懷揣設計夢想的達人(國別、地區(qū)、性別、年齡不限)征集作品。

The competition is free of application fee and is open to fashion designers from home and abroad, related majors’ teachers and students from colleges and universities across the globe, as well as talented KOLs with design dreams (regardless of nationality, region, gender and age).

作品要求

Work Requirements

1.符合大賽主題的華服時裝設計系列作品(每系列4-5套),每人(或每個團隊)限報最多1個系列作品(最多限報3人);作品應具有鮮明的文化特征和時代性,并且風格獨特、制作精細、服飾品配套齊全。

1. A series of Chinese style fashion design works in accordance with the competition theme (4-5 sets per series), every contestant (or every team) could only submit one collection (maximum 3 people); the work shall have distinctive cultural characteristics and contemporary quality, with unique style, fine production, and complete match of accessories.

2. 請于線上提交時裝設計效果圖(圖稿尺寸比例 16:9)、款式圖(如 有特殊設計出現(xiàn)在背面,則需要背面圖)、主題說明、工藝要求、面料實物圖片及說明。設計圖稿的大小要求:27cm × 48cm。實物小樣:5cm×5cm。

Please submit fashion design sketch (drawing size 16:9), style sketch (if there is a special design on the back of the garment, the back sketch is required), theme description, process requirements, actual fabric pictures and instructions through online method. Design sketch size requirements: 27cm × 48cm. Physical sample: 5cm×5cm.

3. 入圍選手須按時提交系列中至少3套實物作品;同時提交1-2套數字虛擬作品。其中數字虛擬作品要求提供三種源文件格式:虛擬模特不限;圖片格式為JPG;視頻文件格式為MP4;源編輯文件格式OBJ。參賽成衣與虛擬作品制作費用由選手承擔,選手將免費獲得技術支持單位提供的正版軟件。

Shortlisted contestants shall submit 3 sets of physical works; and 1-2 sets of digital virtual works on schedule. The digital virtual works shall be submitted in 3 source file formats: picture format JPG; video format MP4; source edit file format OBJ. The contestants shall bear the cost for ready-made and virtual works’ production, and they will receive free copyrighted software provided by the technology support company.

4. 入圍決賽的參賽選手將獲得技術支持單位開展的三維虛擬軟件與技術免費培訓,并由技術單位協(xié)助完成數字虛擬作品。

Shortlisted contestants will receive the 3D virtual software and technique training free of charge by the technology support company, the technology support company will assist the contestants to finish their virtual works.

5. 參賽作品必須是未公開發(fā)表過的個人原創(chuàng)作品(大學生時裝周及學校演出作品除外)。參賽作品所產生的任何剽竊、模仿行為及其他法律責任與大賽組織單位無關,由參賽作品提交人(團隊)負責承擔。

Entries must be original and unpublished. (Exclude works participated China Graduate Fashion Week and school shows). Any plagiarism, epigonism and related legal liabilities have no relations with the competition’s organizational units, the submitter (or the submit team) shall bear full responsibility.

6. 主辦方有權宣傳、出版、展示全部參賽作品。

The sponsors reserve the right to publicize, publish and display all entries.

7. 獲獎作品由大賽組委會收藏。對入圍決賽作品,組委會將保留對參賽作品表演、刊登、展出等非商業(yè)化的權利,還將保留參賽作品照片及錄像版權,并有權以任何形式將有關照片及錄像帶翻錄使用,無須支付任何版權費用予參賽者。如需商業(yè)化,與參賽者另行簽署合同。

The award-winning works will be collected by the competition organizing committee. For the finalist works, the organizing committee will reserve the right to perform, publish, display and conduct other non-commercial behaviours towards the works, as well as the copyright of the photos and videos of the finalist works, and the right to reproduce the photos and videos in any form without paying any copyright fees to the contestants. If commercialization is required, a separate contract will be signed with the contestants.

8. 入圍決賽作品將有機會進入組委會指定或協(xié)作元宇宙虛擬社區(qū)平臺簽約進行售賣,在市場產生經濟效益后,將由社會平臺給予作品設計師實際產生經濟價值對應的獎勵(以實際簽約協(xié)議為準)。

The finalist works will have the opportunity to enter the metaverse virtual community platform designated by or cooperate with the organizing committee for sale. After the economic benefit is generated in the market, the social platform will give the designers the reward corresponding to the actual economic value (subject to the actual contract agreement).

9. 大賽所有相關信息的解釋權歸大賽組委會。

The organizing committee reserves the right to interpret all relevant information.

評委組成

Jury Composition

國內外著名學者、知名設計師、藝術家、時裝評論家、企業(yè)家、成果轉化選手代表等組成評委團。

Appraisal Committee: Consist of well-known domestic and international scholars, designers, artists, fashion critics, entrepreneurs and former contestant representatives with achievement transformation.

評比辦法

Appraisal Method

1. 設計稿評選:由評委團成員根據評比標準(市場與商品化 40%,中華傳統(tǒng)元素運用 35%, 創(chuàng)意與時尚度25%,);分別評選出30組設計作品入圍。如有選手退賽,入圍名額根據得分排名依次遞補。

Design Sketch Appraisal: the appraisal committee members will select 30 groups of works according to the criteria (market and commercialization 40%, application of traditional Chinese elements 35%, creativity and fashion 25%,) for the final. In case of withdrawal, the number of finalists will be shortlisted according to the score ranking.

2. 成衣效果評審:評委基于設計圖,對完成成衣作品以及數字虛擬作品從靜態(tài)實物(虛擬圖片)展示、模特動態(tài)走秀(數字走秀)雙層面評出獎項。評比標準為:商品轉化度(40%),成衣效果(30%),傳承與創(chuàng)新(30%)。

Ready-to-wear result appraisal: based on the design sketches, the judges will award the finished ready-to-wear works and digital virtual works from two levels of static physical objects (virtual pictures) display and dynamic models’ runway (digital runway shows). The appraisal criteria are: product transformation degree (40%), ready-to-wear result (30%), inherit and innovation (30%).

特別提示:如因疫情,入圍選手本人不能來決賽現(xiàn)場者,請將參賽實物作品郵寄至組委會,可在線上參加現(xiàn)場答辯與評審。

Special note: if the finalists are unable to attend the final due to the pandemic, please post the physical works to the organizing committee and participate in the on-site defense and appraisal online.

決賽暨頒獎

Final and Awarding

1. 決賽暫定于2022年11月(具體時間以入圍通知為準)。

The final is tentatively scheduled in November 2022 (the specific time is subject to the notification of finalists).

2. 決賽地點:中國山東濟南(具體地點以入圍通知為準)。

The final place: Jinan, Shandong, China (the specific place is subject to the notification)

3. 入圍選手必須攜帶參賽作品于決賽前3天(北京時間)到達決賽地點(具體地點以入圍通知為準)。入圍選手參加決賽的交通費用由組委會憑交通單據報銷,其中歐美選手最多報銷一萬元人民幣,亞洲選手最多報銷五千元人民幣,中國選手最多報銷三千元人民幣,入圍選手在決賽地參賽期間,由組委會提供免費食宿。參賽作品自行制作費用由選手承擔。

Finalists must arrive at the final place 3 days before the final (Beijing time) with their works (the specific venue is subject to the notification of finalists). The transportation expenses for finalists will be reimbursed by the organizing committee according to the transportation invoices, with the maximum reimbursement of RMB 10,000 for European and American contestants, RMB 5,000 for Asian contestants and RMB 3,000 for Chinese contestants. During the competition in the final place, the organizing committee will provide free accommodation for finalists. Contestants shall bear the cost of their work production.

Ready to wear gold prize: 1 person with 100,000 RMB prize money

2. 虛擬金獎1名獎金80000元人民幣。

Virtual gold prize: 1 person with 80,000RMB prize money

3. 銀獎2名獎金各50000元人民幣

Silver prize: 2 people with 50,000RMB prize money each

4. 銅獎3名獎金各20000元人民幣

Bronze prize: 3 people with 20,000RMB prize money each

5. 最佳元素創(chuàng)新獎、最佳工藝獎、最佳網絡人氣獎各1名,各獎勵8000元人民幣

Best element innovation, best technique and best internet popularity prize: 1 person each with 8,000RMB prize money

6. 優(yōu)秀獎若干,各獎勵2000元人民幣

Several recognition awards, with RMB 2,000 prize money each.

以上獎項均由中國服裝設計師協(xié)會頒發(fā)證書或獎杯。所有獎金金額均為稅前,組委會保留最終解釋權。

All the above awards will be issued certificates or trophies by China Fashion Association. All prize money is pre-tax and the organizing committee reserves the right of final explanation.
