  黃浦滔滔東方港，江海相連世界航。黃浦江見(jiàn)證了上海的繁榮發(fā)展史。“三水交匯地區(qū)”位于閔行、奉賢交界處，黃浦江在此由東西向轉(zhuǎn)南北向，大治河、金匯港在此交匯，形成上海獨(dú)特的“三水八岸、十字水系”格局，具有特殊的區(qū)位優(yōu)勢(shì)、空間格局、生態(tài)價(jià)值和發(fā)展?jié)摿ΑＪ苌虾Ｊ幸?guī)劃資源局、上海市水務(wù)局和閔行區(qū)規(guī)劃資源局、奉賢區(qū)規(guī)劃資源局的共同委托，上海國(guó)際招標(biāo)組織開(kāi)展了黃浦江-大治河-金匯港三水交匯灣區(qū)周邊地區(qū)空間設(shè)計(jì)概念方案國(guó)際征集工作。
  The Huangpu River has witnessed the prosperity and development history of Shanghai.The"Three-Water Intersection Bay Area"is located at the junction of Minhang District and Fengxian District,where the Huangpu River turns,The Dazhi River and Jinhui Port intersects,and the unique"Three Rivers,Eight Banks,Cross River System"pattern forms,which has distinct geographical advantages,spatial patterns,ecological value,and development potential.Entrusted by the Shanghai Municipal Planning and Resources Bureau,Shanghai Water Authority,Minhang District Planning and Resources Bureau,and Fengxian District Planning and Resources Bureau,Shanghai International Tendering Co.,Ltd has carried out an international solicitation for Spatial Design for the Surrounding Area of the Three-Water Intersection Bay Area.

  4月17日，項(xiàng)目正式啟動(dòng)，來(lái)自中國(guó)、美國(guó)、德國(guó)、法國(guó)、荷蘭等多個(gè)國(guó)家的頂尖設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)結(jié)合自身優(yōu)勢(shì)組成聯(lián)合體，集成聯(lián)創(chuàng)，力爭(zhēng)形成最優(yōu)設(shè)計(jì)成果。
  The project has officially launched on 17th April,2023.Top design teams from China,the US,Germany,France,and the Netherlands combined their own advantages to form consortiums,integrating collaborative efforts and striving to present the best design results.

  7月26日，項(xiàng)目最終方案評(píng)審會(huì)于上海設(shè)計(jì)中心南館木棉廳順利召開(kāi)，各設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)堅(jiān)持世界眼光、國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、海派特色、高點(diǎn)定位，圍繞“一江一河”發(fā)展“十四五”規(guī)劃，積極探索上海南部濱水空間發(fā)展?jié)摿ΓY(jié)合基地生態(tài)和資源稟賦，提出具有前瞻性、科學(xué)性、可行性的分區(qū)、分層、分期開(kāi)發(fā)實(shí)施策略和建議，呈現(xiàn)出有深度、有廣度、有創(chuàng)意的設(shè)計(jì)方案。會(huì)議邀請(qǐng)到由唐子來(lái)教授領(lǐng)銜的7位來(lái)自規(guī)劃、景觀、建筑、水利等專(zhuān)業(yè)的資深專(zhuān)家共同組成的評(píng)審委員會(huì)為項(xiàng)目成果把關(guān)。

  On 26th July,the final scheme review meeting was held in Shanghai Design Centre.Design teams adhered to a global perspective,international standards,Shanghai-style characteristics,and high-level positioning,and actively explored the development potential of the southern waterfront space in Shanghai based on the"Huangpu River,Suzhou Creek"development in 14th Five-Year Plan.Combining the ecological and resource endowment of the area,they proposed forward-looking,scientific,and feasible implementation strategies and suggestions for zoning,layering,and phased development,presenting a deep,broad,and creative design scheme.A scheme review committee led by Professor TANG Zilai,consisting of seven senior experts from the fields of planning,landscape,architecture and water conservancy,was responsible for judging the design results.
