競(jìng)賽背景  BRIEF

2023年滴水湖金融灣公共藝術(shù)全球征集大賽，作為滴水湖金融灣的首個(gè)大型戶(hù)外公共藝術(shù)征集活動(dòng)，也是滴水湖金融灣公共藝術(shù)節(jié)的重要組成部分。

The 2023 Dishui Lake Financial Bay Public Art Festival and Global Solicitation Competition, as the first large-scale outdoor public art project call for entries in Dishui Lake Financial Bay, is also an important part of the Dishui Lake Financial Bay Public Art Festival.

本次大賽由上海臨港經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展(集團(tuán))有限公司主辦、上海臨港新片區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展有限公司承辦，在上海市規(guī)劃和自然資源局、中國(guó)(上海)自由貿(mào)易試驗(yàn)區(qū)臨港新片區(qū)管理委員會(huì)的指導(dǎo)下順利開(kāi)展。本次大賽于2023年10月30日正式啟動(dòng)，旨在通過(guò)全球公共藝術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)競(jìng)賽的活動(dòng)形式，征集富有文化和創(chuàng)新精神的公共藝術(shù)作品，增強(qiáng)城市活力，也促進(jìn)藝術(shù)、建筑和自然積極互動(dòng)，是整個(gè)臨港新片區(qū)公共藝術(shù)事業(yè)發(fā)展的又一次嘗試。

The competition is sponsored by Shanghai Lingang Economic Development (Group) Co., Ltd.，and organized by Shanghai Lingang Special Area Economic Development Co., Ltd.; it is in full swing under the mutual guidance of Shanghai Municipal Planning and Natural Resources Bureau and Shanghai Lingang Special Area Administrative Committee. The competition was officially launched on October 30, 2023, with the aim of collecting public art works rich in culture and innovation through the activity form of global public art design competition, enhancing the vitality of the city, as well as allowing art, architecture and nature to interact positively, which is another attempt to develop the public art career of the entire Lingang Special Area.

征集結(jié)果  OUTCOME

自大賽征集公告發(fā)布以來(lái)，歷時(shí)近三個(gè)月的滴水湖金融灣公共藝術(shù)全球藝術(shù)征集大賽吸引了來(lái)自美國(guó)、英國(guó)、西班牙、意大利、澳大利亞、保加利亞、波蘭、韓國(guó)、土耳其等多個(gè)國(guó)家的藝術(shù)家、建筑師、設(shè)計(jì)師、高校教師、在校學(xué)生等專(zhuān)業(yè)人士踴躍參與。本次大賽共收到囊括雕塑、裝置、數(shù)字藝術(shù)等不同類(lèi)型的公共藝術(shù)作品424件。這些作品不僅體現(xiàn)了全球藝術(shù)界的多樣性和創(chuàng)新力，也展現(xiàn)了大賽的廣泛影響力和國(guó)際吸引力。

Since the release of the call announcement, the Dishui Lake Financial Bay Public Art Festival and Global Solicitation Competition, which has lasted nearly three months, has attracted the enthusiastic participation of artists, architects, designers, college teachers, school students and other professionals from the United States, the United Kingdom, Spain, Italy, Australia, Bulgaria, Poland, South Korea, Turkey and many other countries. A total of 424 public art works, including sculptures, installations, digital art and other types of public art works, were received. These works not only reflect the diversity and innovation of the global art world, but also demonstrate the wide influence and international appeal of the competition.

2023滴水湖金融灣全球公共藝術(shù)大賽部分初審作品展示

評(píng)審流程  PROCESS

經(jīng)過(guò)大賽組委會(huì)的初步篩選，共有78件合格作品成功入圍第二輪評(píng)審。第二輪評(píng)審將采用網(wǎng)絡(luò)投票與專(zhuān)家評(píng)審相結(jié)合的方式進(jìn)行。專(zhuān)家評(píng)審組由來(lái)自不同領(lǐng)域的頂尖專(zhuān)家組成，包括臨港管委會(huì)代表、臨港集團(tuán)代表、著名建筑和城市景觀(guān)專(zhuān)家、高校和藝術(shù)機(jī)構(gòu)專(zhuān)家。這些專(zhuān)家的參與，不僅提升了評(píng)審的專(zhuān)業(yè)性和權(quán)威性，也確保了作品的藝術(shù)水準(zhǔn)和創(chuàng)新性。

After the initial screening by the competition organizing committee, a total of 78 qualified works have been successfully shortlisted for the second round of judging. The second round of evaluation will be conducted by a combination of online voting and expert evaluation. The expert judging panel consists of top experts from different fields, including representatives from Lingang Special Area Administrative Committee, Shanghai Lingang Group and well-known experts in architecture and urban landscape, universities and art institutions. The participation of these experts not only enhances the professionalism and authority of the judging, but also ensures the artistic standard and innovation of the works.
